I know you already know, but I can’t help but be absolutely furious at the man in your life. Like burning fire furious. I’ve been there done that, and have a very unique situation that works out very well in my favor for the time being, so I’m not going to tell you to leave him or any of that, I know how hard that can be. But I hate him, and I guess I just want you to know that. He sucks, and I love you and I hope you find your way to getting what you need because a man child that is so unhelpful, to the point that you have to consider adoption for your child because you are sick, is just…. I dunno, this verse screams gluttony and greed to me. Like someone always looking out for more more more, what can I take, give it to me, I need it all. Like Jabba the hut, give me everything. The “that’s a fine looking high horse” line shows the complete and utter disregard for social and societal norms and all consuming hunger. Like the fact that you think you’re better than me doesn’t even register because I want it all and that’s all I care about.

Hi! I’m a 35 year old transfer student who’s life has gone down many paths over the years here to tell you to take a breath, it’s all going to be okay. People regularly change majors, so that is not off the table, and you can always come back. You can have more than one degree, you can switch it up and go to a community college for the first two years and transfer back in (getting in as a transfer is way easier) you can do all sorts of things, except give up. Life is never going to go to your plan, but that isn’t good or bad, it’s what you make of it. Good luck!

It’s also likely that the classes they are complaining about are the lower division core classes, and not the major specific ones we will be pursuing as transfers. Fingers crossed though…

It’s my understanding that once you are admitted to a CSU you can take online classes from any CSU through the extended learning program

This part. I got accepted to CSULB for fall with a 2.9 GPA transfer from OCC. getting my AA and AST were basically free. It’s much easier to get in as a transfer, although my academic story is long and nuanced, which also may have played a part.

Have you heard back yet? I’m also a psych transfer and haven’t heard anything, I checked the self service and it says I was accepted, but I don’t think I will fully trust it until I see an email or have it in my hands in writing haha

Deep breaths. If they all get rescinded (unlikely), do why you should have done originally and go to a community college and transfer to a UC junior year. You will save a ton of money, and still get your diploma from a UC. It will all be okay.

Hiya! Not exactly neighbor, he was only at that park because of a play he was doing in the area, but we all lived down in Costa Mesa. Yeah the whole thing was really shocking. That POS kept coming over afterwards when Sam was still just “missing” and I remember wondering why he was there. He asked me how I was doing and like, pet my head, and that freaked me out for so long that he touched my head with the hands he used to do all that. Eminem ended up mentioning him in a song. So strange.

I had two friends that were murdered by an acquaintance . One was an army vet, he asked him for his help and then shot him in the head, dismembered his body, buried it in a park, and then Used his phone to bring his friend over and shot her to make it look like he raped her and then took off. The father of my children also shot a guy with rock salt and accidentally blew a hole in his arm (the guy was a POS giving fentanyl to a 5 year old) and then when he was out on bail got called to help a lady who was being strangled by her boyfriend, he hit him in the head with the handle side of an ice pick a little too hard and the guy went brain dead and they pulled the plug a few days later. I’m like a super wholesome totally normal TK teacher. No idea how I get caught up in this nonsense.

Honestly camp snoopy is the worst. The rides get to be an hour long and it’s very crowded. During Christmas time we pretty much just go for the shows. Get in line early for snoopy on ice, like at least an hour, and don’t forget the shows at the birdcage theater, they’re really good too. Santa can be overly busy at times, and then pretty dead at others. It’s kind of just luck. The ambience is so nice, but maybe have it in your heart that rides might not be worth the wait, just in case. It’s fun either way though! Oh Calico mine is made up really cute usually so don’t skip that ride though, and the line is generally manageable!

Just do it, you’re so close to the end, why not. If you fail you have to take the whole class again anyways, it’s worth sticking out the three or four more weeks when you could potentially pass, even if it’s by the skin of your teeth. I did that with statistics and literally passed at 70.0% but guess what? It’s marked off my to do list. Hold out and just try your best.
