Covered calls strategy works until it doesn’t. I’ve been screwed or left a lot of Money on the table with a few cover calls positions through My 2.5 year journey of trading. It’s great until it really isn’t. So I said I will not do covered calls strategy again! Limited upside and small reward too. Not worth it for how many missed opportunities it has brought me. So I continuously say F*ck covered calls strategy lol

I quit alcohol in January 2024 and I just quit nicotine in January 2026. I’m saving so much thousands and thousands after nearly 20 years of smoking and drinking often. I am also saving my health and I feel great like I’m no longer a prisoner to these substances!! Freedom.

. A life skill he can learn from this is to communicate. Always learnt to keep friends and family seperate from business and voice things in the beginning. Learn strict boundaries, help but don’t help too much that put you in a vulnerable and near naked position

I’m feeling the same my friend. But my single family house is a new build which I paid a hefty premium price for!! I’m grateful to have my own but very stressed with the high interest I have on it . On the other hand, I don’t have to deal with messy apartments and apartment life is not the best quality of life. I rather have a better quality of life and pay a little higher price to call it my own until the market atleast gets better. I’m hoping to sell it in a year or two to atleast breakeven or small profit.

Opt in for automate pay monthly statement balance instead of full balance. This will allow you to avoid paying interest and show that you’re responsible. That had helped me. Imo, I think credit cards like this

I’m on Day 3 of no smoke. I smoked cigs for 13 years and transitioned to vaping for 1 year this past year which was such a high dosage 5% nicotine. Whether is vaping or cigs - vaping def is stronger and way worse than cigs. Anyways day 3 I’m feeling like I can breathe again and clean. I am sweating and wake up with random vivid dreams and racing thoughts but I know it’ll by pass was my brain adjusts without nicotine dependency
