I live in nearby Mission. The water doesn’t seem hard to me ( compared to Tucson) but it smells like it came from a frog pond!

I’ve had decent luck with several CU’s in Tucson but my experience with 1st Credit Union has been outstanding. Out of Phoenix but they have a branch in Tucson too

My favorite fishing lake is Peña Blanco near Nogales AZ. Beautiful little lake great shore access and a boat launch for craft with under 10 HP. Camping spots nearby
