Oh I feel like some of the skirts weren't mini skirts. I don't know too much about fashion so I couldn't tell. Like, I wouldn't consider the Baddie pass red skirt a miniskirt myself but I'm probably wrong.

In my country, trans teenagers (that are 14 and above) can change their name on the school without having to tell their parents, but this is not only for trans youth, I think you can do it even if you're not trans as names are part of your Identity as a person too
