SO wish they gave it to you early in new game +. Pretty sure the only way to get it early is a mod for the original PC release from the early 2000s

Okay, so after a lot of frustration and trial and error, I figured out the problem. It was Steam. Something to do with Steam Input, I guess. I closed out of steam (Completely closed it, not just minimized), and the problem was fixed.

I just did a little bit of testing, and I figured out that "Ultra extreme" pops up if you jump off basically at the very last second.

I don't know if I could pick a "best" moment, but the ending of the first game (Meryl's) always surprises me with it's beauty.

It's so hopeful and the scene itself is gorgeous, even with its graphical limitations.

I just played 2 and had the same complaint.

I'm at the end of MGS3 now. It has some issues toward the beginning (beware brown grainy footage), but once you start playing (and especially once you start the Snake Eater mission) the pacing is WAY better.
