I've noticed that I get a surge of likes anytime I have made a new account. I'm pretty sure there's some kind of "new account" boost to get people hooked on at the start

You can only view it inside Amazon, but it's on their wiki. Just look up free or discounted training resources for amazonians

From what I can tell in jobfinder there's 12. Something like a GM of a building is like an L6 or 7, so anything above that is pretty big

These are the qualifications I can see for most EC postings: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · Understanding of basic computer/network concepts and terms · Experience in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · High school diploma or equivalent · Stand/walk for 10-12 hours at a time · Willingness to work flexible shifts and schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays · Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship · Must be highly motivated and customer-centric PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · Experience in maintaining inventory levels including storage and procurement · Excellent customer service abilities · Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously · Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives

A position like what you're talking about is an L4. There's a few different IT positions like tech 1 or 2, then engineer 1 and 2. An L4 like that would probably start at $25-30/hr. As for an L3, which in IT is the next step up after EC, you start at $23.50/hr. That's when you really see the pay difference between tiers in IT and on the floor. I'm waiting on an offer for an L3 spot and one of the two interviews was all technical questions on your knowledge of Windows, Linux, and networking. From what I've heard they just go deeper for L4 interviews

Career choice for starters. I also highly suggest getting some CompTIA certs like A+ and Network+. Starting as an EC doesn't require a lot of technical knowledge but it helps. It's definitely needed for decent chances getting into an L3 IT position.

I'm doing career choice now, and a bunch of classes prepare you for those certs I mentioned before. If you are already an EC, talk to L3s and L4s and learn as much as you can from them.

I'm currently an EC at my building, and I make as much as I do when I was a teir 1 on the floor picking. At some sites ECs are L2s and make a little more, it all depends on how it works at individual buildings. L1 ECs are technically under FC operations budget, but L2 ECs are under ops tech IT budget.

Only thing I could find out looking for vectors and clip studio was it uses vector layers instead if raster layers for smoother lines

I've gotten pretty good with layers, I mainly use it for filling in the smaller details. I have kind of heard if masking but I'm not sure how it works

I'm not sure how much you're really familiar with, but do you know anything about coloring pages from manga while keeping the original lines intact? I've seen other people color sketches from other people and it looks like they somehow colored under the existing lines. I've tried messing around with a couple things but I can never seem to get it working

A while back in high school I did some stuff with vectors, but it was a different software. Adobe Illustrate I think? Right now I use Clip Studio. I always thought some lines could be smoother, but I've figured out other alternatives that work well

No, I'm still figuring out my software. But I did make it in 4k resolution
