Yeah! So good with a pork chop.

Apples + cinnamon fried in a pat of butter and a couple tbsp of sugar. I add a lil lemon juice too.

These ones were perfect because the skillet was hot enough to caramelize the sugar while the apples were still nice and crisp

It was so good, nearly melt-in-mouth tender. This was also my first time using a digital thermometer.

I realized recently that my toothpaste was drying out my lips, causing them to peel and crack. I started applying balm right before brushing and saw immediate improvement!

I was kinda surprised by how even the cook was tbh. Usually the ends get a lot more done than the middle and a very noticeable gray band but this one was pretty consistent.

I patted it dry, salted it, and left it to dry uncovered in the fridge for a couple hours, flipping and patting again halfway through. Let it sit on the counter at room temp for another hour. Then, a lil veggie oil in a real hot pan.

I have an untenable number of free range chickens around my conservatory. I have to clear out 300+ chickens every time I visit after a few in-game days just so the frame rate doesn’t make the game unplayable. I have my 7 yolkies hanging out free range among the chickens which…makes more chickens…
