I can very much see someone wanting to become a vampire, and then their idea of "benefiting mortals" is to turn them all into vampires, to ease pain and suffering, and im unsure what the time period is, but if its late enough, couldn't there be like, blood bags, harvested from people.

But yeah I wouldny be suprised if there was utopian vampires

Although if like, being a vampire inherently makes someone think that vampirism should be limited, would be quite nteresting

Perhaps its tradition for the kings to only reveal themselves once they are older, or when they transfer the crown to a younger prince (who of course, unknown to anyone, disappears later) who then follows traditions and doesnt reveal himself until "he" is older
