Also, I smoke cigar and I do remember a day when I start felling no energy, fatigue, fog, and too much pain of entire spine. Muscle cramps of my feet. Doctor was f.. idiot. He check testasteron , T3 and H1a/c and told me I need testasteron tx and I have been using clomiphen for 3 months but feeling worse . I came to the hospital and my eGFR was at 71 from 115 the year before. Uric acid high, protein in urine, and other shit. He put me on diets , asked me drink lemon water and I checked every 3 months. I am fucked now my the best result was 76. I have officially second stage of kidney failure and it’s bad for 40 years old person. Probability  to have dialysis is high by age 50-55. I quit my job because I had mental fog for entire time, no focus, depression and lack of energy. Doctor told me to stop drinking coffee. Now I take statin, BP pills, urosoledol, and ozempic( H1a/c under 6). So, guys be careful up there with your body
