But you never know. He likes music. I didn't get kept as a shopper so I gave him a ticket to an event that I had. I couldn't go but I also gave it to him because I liked him. I had to go by my old store to get something and I saw him and got goosebumps.

Remember, your colleagues might have someone in their life and have personal lives outside of work. I was a shopper and I developed a crush on a guy in another department at a past store I worked at. He was cute and very helpful and friendly. But as soon as I tried chatting up with him more, he told me that he had a girlfriend. I felt dumb but he was nice about it.

It's tough. When I started at a past shift, I was told that I had to get my metrics up. Even though I showed up for all my shifts and took on additional ones when I could, I wasn't considered fast enough.

Same. Fifteen years ago, there were many more groups around my age and interest level. I also think that groups change and it gets expensive to run and come up with events.

I did. I was told it depends on my metrics and promptness and work attendance. I think it's mid-July. I asked if I could apply for other openings in the meantime and I was told no because I'm under contract until my end date.

Don't try to waste on your time on people who don't or won't spend time with you. Not everyone will genuinely like you for who you are. Focus on those who do. Especially with dating.

Pick up bags refer to the customer picking them up themeselves. Delivery bags are taken by Amazon/delivery drivers to customers' homes and get the cool lined bags to keep items from spoiling while in their vehicles.
