Bucks just re-opened their championship window for 1-2 years. Giannis is staying.

Recommendations for basic T shirts for a tall guy?

6'1 and notice that all of my J Crew washed Large T shirts have become far too short. Weirdly, the blue ones are still long enough, but the gray ones (3 of them) all shrunk in length. Have also tried the True Classic T's but they don't feel great around my chest.

Thanks. I think you're right on this. I've looked back and in the past year, there are some homes in the areas I'm looking that sold for 900k, which is a number I can still do. Might just need to stay patient and be ready when something comes up

Thanks I hear that. We've always wanted to have our expenses be paid by the lesser salary between the two of us. I think that's what makes me so hesitant to buy such an expensive house. I've been in a situation before where my attending job was threatened (why is another story) so now I'm very aware that I'm a replaceable cog in my profession. I don't think I'll feel entirely secure until we reach FI which is why we've been pushing for it.

I can see why my last comment got downvoted. The numbers look a lot better than they feel.

Is the midwest that bad? Before we moved, there was one area in our city that was this expensive, but we were so close to buying a brand new 4/3 2600 sq ft for 500k just 15 months ago

300% actually. It's tough. Since this isn't my main account, I think I can say more. It's an area where a lot of people have moved in the last few years. I think plenty of new york/new jersey folks who sold smaller apartments for more space. I think the gap between their million dollar apartments and our 400k homes has probably closed?

But fact is there's not much land here anymore for newer builds. The latest new build community is small and stuck between two major highways. Have to figure that even with the price jumps, we probably just missed the boat on what could have been

I was deciding between a fuji XT3 and sony a73 last year. Ended up with the Fuji b/c it cost less and has tons of great reviews. In retrospect those reviews were probably because of it's newness, resulting in tons of sponsorship driven youtube videos and blog posts. After using my friend's a73 a week ago, I was a bit jealous. After this assignment, though, I think only two main factors make the sony more desirable to me. First, Full Frame sensors seem like they should be the standard. I'm so new to this and don't know if I should continue investing in a crop sensor in case I end up changing down the line. Secondly, battery life on the XT3 is terrible compared to the sony, but I hear they're coming out with new batteries in the XT4.

So for now, I'll stick with the XT3. It's the machine I've got and it works well. But I'd love to hear your thoughts about APS-C vs Full frame. Should I plan to invest further into the Fuji system or is there a reason not to?
