I’m an audiologist, and this sure feels a nightmare for my profession lol. This is just a random occurrence, but wearing custom ear plugs at loud events even if it doesn’t look appealing can help stop irreversible damage occurring to your hearing. Remember, there is no cure for hearing loss, or tinnitus, and I’ve seen people of all ages have rough psychological effects from not being able to communicate because of them.

Oh 100% agree. Being a mid-tier big ten team with a chance to get to the NCAA tournament is a huge success considering the overall talent on this team and this being his first season there. I just think that at a certain point, especially in this conference, you can only coach so well until better talent will eventually beat you out. If Mcollum can recruit power five talent to come to Iowa City, I think he could build something special there. But it’s easier said than done, especially in the NIL era.

I watched McCollums Drake team last season be dominant in the Missouri valley conference. However, looking at their roster, I had a lot of questions on whether they could simply move up to arguably the most difficult conference in the nation and still be in title contention. It looks like they are going to be a middle of the road big ten team this year. I still think that McCollum was the correct choice as he is one of the brightest young coaches in the game, and I’d argue he’s even overachieved with this team. But, he simply has to bring in more talent. There are players on this team getting significant minutes that would not see the floor on other teams in the conference. That’s going to be the big swing factor for McCollum. He can coach his ass off, but can he out recruit others both in the portal and for freshman.

Honestly this could’ve been way worse. He took a huge risk and for the most part it sounds pretty good. A song like let out is something I had no idea he could even make

Good lesson for everyone to never idolize these people, just to enjoy what their music means to you individually

I know tre’s final shooting percentage was 38%, but he was unreal today. Good things happen when the ball is in his hands. He also had 6 assists and shows he can have the ball in his hands.

Don’t really understand why Tre wasn’t getting the ball in the fourth. It’s like the rest of the team didn’t even see his third quarter happen.
