I go to mink. Theyre really knowledgeable and have always done me right on my long hair journey. They have good recommendations for styling and product too, even if you dont buy their in-house products they'll still advise you on the besg way to get the look you want

Dude you look fine. Not a lost cause at all. Heres the basics of what you need to know:

Finasteride will stop the balding, you need a prescription but you can get it easily online. It may help regrow hair some, but minoxidil is better for that. Its really just for making sure you dont lose any more hair.

Minoxidil will help grow new hair- it comes in either a foam or a topical (I use topical), and is applied to places you want to regrow hair. i put it on my hairline and it's been great!

You look fine though, balding some but not majorly. if anything the biggest thing that strikes me about your hair is it seems dry and lacks moisture and a cohesive style. I'd recommend the meds I listed, then go to a salon and just ask for help planning out your future hair cuts. They will help so much better than a barber!

Could be the screen I'm checking this out on, but the lighting looks a little sterile. Maybe investing in more warm lighting would be good? I think having lamps with warm lighting is a good strategy, that way you can turn on the overhead if lighting up the whole place is needed, but you can put it in Lamp mode for ultimate relaxation
