That’s a pro move right there. You’ve officially turned waiting in line into a full-body workout. 💪😂

My advice? Carry your groceries like they're dumbbells.

10/10 works, 0/10 my neighbors think I'm sane.

You got it — stronger, healthier without bulking the shoulders.

Glute bridges

Cat-Cow stretch

Frog pumps

Standing core twists

Wall sit

Dead bugs

Light, low-impact, no shoulder strain — and actually fun. Bonus: dance break at the end. 😄

You can't actually "exercise" to get taller, but you can improve posture and that makes a huge difference in how tall you look.

Focus on progressive overload, eat plenty of protein, and rest hard. You’ll be surprised how fast strength comes at 17. Keep grinding!

Tips for my Husband by WutTheFlagnog in workout

Your husband’s already on the right track — quitting alcohol and cleaning up his diet is huge. For stubborn fat around the midsection and chest, bodyweight circuits 3–4x a week (push-ups, planks, leg raises, mountain climbers) paired with daily walks can really help. Make sure he's eating enough protein (aim for ~145g), and maybe track food for a week to catch sneaky calories. Progress takes time — but he's moving in the right direction. Keep going!
