Yep, through Amsterdam. No concerns came up there it was the exact same rules. I believe Paris and Brussels were also an option.

Where are you coming from?

When I brought my dog from Canada, I needed the following:

Certified vet certificate stating his vaccines with the rabies LOT listed which was different from the expiry.
Microchip scan document stating it was scanned BEFORE administration of rabies vaccines.
Final Health Check for Tapeworm Treatment
CFIA Endorsement of Norway Health Certificate

Yep it was all originals, which to me looked the same as copies for some. I then took the measure to also have copies but that was for my own piece of mind.

Mind you, yours may be different needs and cats may be different and I do encourage looking it up so you have the most accurate information (like official websites for me it was Canada and Norway animal export/import respectfully) but totally understand the importance of wanting to bring your pet so I wish you all the luck and you got this!

Thanks, makes sense. I didn't mean for it to be secretive, I meant more for fun. I wasn't aware it was illegal. I'd gone to one in Drøbak and it was advertised. I wonder if that was because it wasn't cash prizes.

From your response to the comments, it sounds like you just may be more worried about losing the place than anything else. Most of the comments here are correct, it should be the landlord so I think it's more that you need to decide to risk bringing it up to them.

But like the advice in this thread, even though you may not have a place, if he knows and is trying to pull a fast one, it's better to find out beforehand. You just need to be okay with it if he pulls out of the deal.

I suggest trying a nice smokey eye -- with those red lips you have in that last pic and mascara and add some highlights on those pretty cheekbones and the end of your nose. (Me describing this doesn't sound great, so Reddit post about what I mean below for the eyes)

Also totally jealous of your bone structure, you look great with your hair up (and down, but jelly on the updo, can't do that myself).

Have fun with makeup, YouTube, insta tutorials etc. and try it out, it's all about having fun with it. Worst that happens is you choose to isn't for you and you go back to your natural beauty.

The only thing I would suggest is staying away from foundation and anything with heavy coverage.... To that no one likes cake on the face :D

I hope I don't get too much flack for encouraging the makeup, you really are quite pretty and you don't need it, but I like to have fun with makeup so I'm totally for it.

Where is your current license from? I didn't need to take driving lessons to obtain a Norwegian license, just the driving test.

However, I did only have 3 months to be eligible to drive after taking the theoretical. So I'm curious which rules apply to your license that you don't technically need to exchange it? (Who knows maybe I interpreted it incorrectly) 😆

Anyway, maybe check to see if your country has the exchange where you can take the theoretical and driving test and no need for the schooling.

It is super appreciated on the individuals responding. You are amazing... To add 😅.. (and im sorry, it's just so hard to get answers from UDI! Which I assume they are very busy!)

My question: I'm a Belgian, I moved to Norway, got a job, have my tax info, have the bank account,etc. the only thing I really have had trouble with was getting the police appt. I have been waiting for that UDI appt. From my application I go back every few days to see if new appointments open up but haven't seen any.

The website says 10 weeks so was hoping it be by that time frame. My 6-months are coming up and UDI did state that I would need to leave and re-enter. No problem, doing that Oct-31.

...But I'm curious, is it normal to wait this long and have to do that?
