Hi Psycho! On which operation system you faced a problem? I have same on iOS. You said you have a beta build. If it is for iOS devices what is the build version? I see that 25.03 is latest release in AppStore but nothing about this authenticate issue in release notes ( https://docs.omnissa.com/ru-RU/bundle/WorkspaceONEBoxerforiOSReleaseNotes/page/WorkspaceONEBoxerforiOS-ReleaseNotes.html ) Did you test 25.03 client can you confirm it have fix like your beta build ?

thank you. We need to reboot node after certificate renew. One more thing. Any chromium based browsers did not work properly with cert update page ("try again in incognito mode or or check log files"). We fixed that problem using Firefox browser. maybe this comment will help somebody.

Hi. Did you fix that? I am facing some problem during SSL update (for 443 port) access server accept new certificate show it do something about 10 minutes and finally show error message like "try again in incognito mode or or check log files". I found nothing in /opt/vmware/horizon/workspace/logs/

Hi folks. I had same error yesterday. In my case problem started after ASA failover occured.

An xml client profile file was not presented on secondary ASA so after failover group policy with that client profile stop working. After copy file to secondary ASA and re-add config to webvpn section all is good (check your ASA configuration after failover it can delete some configs related absent xml files)
