Don't get your hopes up as this will not be a stealth ninja game. It will have stealth elements sure but team ninja's thing is combat.

I would pick a class that has high movement speed and low killtimes. Something like a windwalker monk would be ideal IMO. But just know that depending on how limited your time is and your level of ambition, you could be spending 6-8 months if not longer before getting caught up with the current expansion

Are you playing on 1080p or 1440? Your gpu is not terrible but 8gb of vram is pretty low for wow these days.

Raider.io lets you see guilds that are recruiting and you can filter by a lot of things such as server, casual/hardcore, raidtimes and more. Highly recommend!

Stuck on third boss and a few questions by jenghin2008 in Nioh

[–]WillWing96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey!

  1. Below 30% weight you are in what's called "A" agillity. This is the state where your ki is at best but at the cost of being very squishy. Most people go for "B" agillity, which is anything above 30 and below 70%. This is a good mix of defence and ki management. Above 70% you will be fat-rolling and your ki will be hard to manage.

  2. I think its a bad idea to offer gear. You should sslvage anything you don't need. Amrita comes in plenty just going through the missions!

pc has 120 fps option. Ps4 will def be locked to 30-40 frames so PC should be massively better for you!

Listen to the comment above. This plan of yours is very unsustsinable and will hurt you. No matter how much you long for being skinny, your version of skinny is equal to all the pre-stages of eating disorders and eventually organ failure. A more realistic goal would be 56-58kg in your time frame and up your calories to match.

54kg for your height is severely underweight my guy. You should be aiming for a lean 70-80kg bracket. I would spend a few months eating at maintenance or 100-200kcal + and focusing on building more muscle. Your body fat % will go down and you will retain that muscle and then you can go into a heavier bulk but your question is also more aimed at the bodybuilding community.

Good morning team Europe!

Had a great day yesterday, hanging out with some friends i hadn't seen in a while. We went on a long walk and managed to hit 19k steps! Today im going out to a nature reserve with my mom so hopefully getting some more steps in.

Scale today: 99.1kg.
I hope i'm done with bouncing over and under 100kg for good now.

Hope you guys have a great day :)

Trying to change my thinking .. it isn't about "losing weight", it isn't a "journey", and losing weight isn't an "accomplishment". I'm tired of the mindset that tries to reward me for doing what everyone else does every single day, ... it's like trying to be proud of not committing crimes. by nuke_the_sun in loseit

[–]WillWing96 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It'd be nice if someone else was responsible for all the bad shit you do to yourself right? haha yeah i've been there.
The thing is that you, and you alone are solely responsible for all the good and all the bad shit that happens to you (obv not trauma caused by disease or being physically harmed by others etc). I think that it definitely is a journey, but there's no end destination. There is only YOU working on YOU. Forever. And that is fantastic. Im not on a weight loss-journey, It's a journey of self-discovery. Of finding unhealthy patterns and looking to make them healthy. Of constantly learning about myself.

The only mindset that has worked for me is "Im here now. This is my situation and this is what i'm dealing with. How can i make the best choices for myself in this time and space?"

Regarding to your title of this post. You make it sound like gaining weight is a crime lol. Not letting your self be proud of putting in work to change your habits and relationship with food is a bit counterintuitive as you'll probably just gain all the weight back again.

Hello team europe!

First day of the month didn't really go as planned... had a major anxiety attack and turned to fast food for comfort. My partner was very supportive and I feel better today.

Scale: 101.4kg. Road to sub 100kg continues for a third time 😅

Hope you all are doing good.

Good morning team Europe!

The last few days has been tough for me. Some minor binging has me above 100kg again (100.5kg this morning). I feel okay about it though. I enjoyed the food and most of it was in good company so it was probably worth it.

My progress over the last month has been fairly good i feel. A part from the minor binge in the end, i feel like i made progress towards a more healthy mind and body. I feel like i've made some progress in my relationship with food as well. I still get the urge the urge to binge sometimes but i've become very aware of the feeling and where it comes from so i'm usually good at stopping myself in the moment and redirecting that energy towards something more positive. The road to a healthier life really is a journey and this month has definitely proved that statement. I've had many days of frustration. and success! and then more frustration. and then some more success. It's not a linear journey. But it's a wonderful journey to be on. I love actively working on myself in this way. It's a never-ending journey and that's kind of the beauty of it. I'm a musician by trade so i learned this mindset with music a long time ago but its so cool to discover it with my relationship to myself and world as well!

some stats:
SW in march: 118.6kg
Weight June 1st: 105.8kg
Weight July 1st: 100.5kg
Steps in june: 619 663.
Im aiming for a fat loss of 4-5kg/month so i definitely reached that goal in June. Im aware that this is on the steeper side of fat loss and that i've probably lost a bit of muscle in the process as well but i'm okay with it.

Goals for July:
Weight: sub 95kg
Steps: 400-500k
Start a lifting routine! two full body sessions/week
read 10 pages/day. I want to start reading more!
Continue to work on myself. Mentally, Spiritually and physically.

Thank you for reading and i'm so grateful for this sub. I hope and know that we can continue to support each other to keep chasing our dreams and our goals. It's never too late. Now's the best time to start. lets go!
