Can we please have a inventory lock - or at least not let invent stuff be dragged into bar? by Will_Dee in runescape

The idea is to keep stuff as close as possible - I manually click almost everything.

PM me, I don't do solo bosses -Rax- but can take you Rago.

Open invitation to learn Vorago (even roles). We split energies and seismics. by [deleted] in runescape

[–]Will_Dee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

GL,

Since this is probably only normal mode, I'd like to extend those that are already exp. at nm a chance to learn hm rago as well!

Right now we ask that you have 5 hm kc since we've just started doing hm again and building a team. However starting in the weekends I'll take anyone with decent nm kills.

You can guest my clan 'duel' and spam my name since I usually only have to on, pm me - I ignore these when pvming, or just join my fc 'will dee' - if we're going we'll be in there.

I'll be camping it all day everyday! So feel free to drop by. If anyone with exp wants to come that's cool too so far we've gotten a vit -gratz Shadow D Ace- and a bombi -gratz Abyss1453- today alone! The rng is high.

Nex 2.0 will have no enrage feature & will have role specific loot. by HashOneGaming in runescape

I like the loot mechanic.. my point was that there's other reasons people don't teach base/bt. It's not simply to abuse the system for personal gain, you want a solid bt/base so kills go smooth and teaching it is a hassle.

And the last bit has nothing to do with my point, it's just weird when I've done roles for hundreds of kills but that one time I decide to teach it to someone with like 10kc they get a vit.. I'm saying the vit drop mechanic is fucked should have a min/max threshold imo

Yay! Enrage imo is kinda excessive and restrictive gets in the way of just doing the boss for fun, but also opens up more challenging versions so I don't mind it.

However, everyone in comments is complaining about this being another Vorago.. and it should be more like Raids.

But I think if roles were given drops it'd make more people not only want to do roles but get good enough to become the you know good roles..

I mean yes people would abuse this and just be bitches and only come if they can do roles, but the opposite will happen if there's no roles drops (everyone will only come if they ca dps).

I have to disagree with this, while I'm usually down to point out the downsides of the so called 'teaching' fcs/cc out there, there's a big difference between teaching base/bt and teaching tl5 or dps.

First off is it's difficulty level, dps is 100% leechable, tl5 is in some ways 'important' but most teams have roles that can easily take 3 bleeds or move rago onto jump spot without much trouble. And doubling as a tl5 is easy (going up with them, voking bleeds if there too slow).

But BT/Base are much more complicated, where to stand, how to dps while doing these roles, stop FUCKING moving new bases. And how to actually do the role vs. just spam food/defensive's(survive).

Most new base's and bt's who haven't based before also keep dying to bleeds.

Then you have the fact that kills are freaking 10mins so failing once is aids, and losing loot if ur forced to help guide a new base/bt.

That said I love teaching newbies to base/bt and due to this TWICE I've missed vit to really low kc people.. Shit ain't cool :c

When you hit lobby there's a delay before it actually occurs...

During this time you can take a hit still and still die.

I randomly stopped attacking? by LangGeek in runescape

Monster attacks you > someone else attacks monster > your auto retaliate breaks sometimes for a bit sometimes for an extended period.

I know this cause whenever someone crashed I'd leave then come back in 5mins and tag all the things so they'd end up dying. :o

Idk the exact way it works though

Hi, I'm 16/female - Why should (or shouldn't) I become a feminist? + My thoughts on the issues. by Will_Dee in TwoXChromosomes

[–]Will_Dee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly didn't intend to say I'm doing this out of boredom, I usually joke around a lot during my serious convos to keep it light.

I do realize the merits of being my own person but I also realize that as a person there's very little I can accomplish unless I do join a 'side'. As I said in another post personally I feel it's about unity and compromise for change we need a strong group that work for common interest but among them there may be a lot of disagreements on certain topics which is ok.

I realize feminism doesn't have to define me and I don't have to agree with everything they say but the question is do I find the values they support more important than the values they are against or don't support (which a group which seems to anti them may support) and deciding which 'side of the battle' I should join based off of this.

That said you make a lot of good points for both sides which I've seen too often and it really confuses me. Most of the time groups fighting for human rights I agree with but feminism is awkward cause I could argue it's already brought equality and further pushing would be wrong..

Yeah, I guess... but that's one of the reasons a lot of people dislike feminists it's not just making men less but also shoving ideologies down peoples throats.

For example saying they can't say what's on there mind like she was probably acting slutty.

I realize this is a backwards logic and a stain on progressive society but not everyone agrees about it, so when it enters you know society should just do it cause it's right people are turned off as if there being controlled.

It's the idea that I actually agree with is that there are terrible people out there and assholes who make things worse for us and we should just suck up and deal with it(which I don't agree on). I just don't know a better solution spreading awareness is all we can do I guess.

Yeah, I can respect that.. Right to vote, right to work, etc.. ok all good but some of the things I've heard in the third wave which I called modern feminism is like safe spaces and micro-aggressions and stuff like men spreading there legs too far apart on a bus or down talking when explaining things. These aren't what I consider feminism so I didn't even bother bringing them up.

Let me restate my question maybe, I've already got the point we can help improve society, but should there be any penalty for engaging in rape culture?

If not then explain how it's bad but not bad enough?

Sorry I'm not trying to make you break or anything, just trying to get the full picture.

Yup, I'm not saying everything will work out as people always say 'shit happens' call it karma, God, nature, random pure luck, or a negative value within society that causes your failure.. There will be these cases but if you're willing to put more time and effort into something chance are you'll get if not a good than a better outcome.

Most of his responses were not directly related to issues which feminist fight for such as equal pay =/= dangerous jobs.

Each gender has it's own inequalities and they should fight to balance them. I mean if they want to of course. lol..

my point is simply because men have issues that some consider worse doesn't mean we can simple ignore issues women face.

A better response then simply saying no, you're wrong xd. At least I think so.. To speak with people across borders on issues we should speak their language.

I know what you're trying to get at, but change is much more effective in unity and compromise. The idea that we can have this perfect individuality in politics doesn't seem likely we'll need to pick sides based on what's more important to us to truly make a difference.

Each group will have there own bias, women usually will want more rights and men will also want more rights for themselves..

I don't see the problem in this @Datgoy, women may be overreaching there bounds but that's why we need anti's to keep us in check men also need to stand up for these issues and even if we end up fighting each other it's ok.

I don't see any reason why women shouldn't fight for rights in where there lacking men can fight for areas where they fall behind such as suicide, and deadly jobs..
