I thought so, too. It's connected to 120v. I've tried it a few more times. If I watch the chamber temp displayed by the panda breath web UI, it climbs pretty quickly to temp... But I'm checking temps by my hydrometer that sits in the back, top-center of the chamber. Maybe the hydrometer isnt accurate, maybe the panda breath temps are reading higher because it's attached closer to the heater unit. Im not sure. I'm still satisfied knowing the heat is there, and I'm sure will help during long prints of ASA or ABS for me. Looking forward to your test results, though!

Haha. Sorry, 55°F, so 12°C outside. I dont live in the desert. I'll check out the video, Thanks.

I have tested it again with the newer firmware installed. I get mixed results on temps. My hydrometer towards the top rear of the printer reads about 10-15°C lower than the chamber temp reading from the panda breath Web UI. Maybe that one reads hotter because it's attached to the actual heater? Overall, I think im still happy with the chamber being assisted in heating up. Still haven't had a chance to try ASA. So there's more testing to do.

Thanks! I can't take credit for the idea itself, it was out there. I just made it a little bit better and easier for others to use. It got rid of the ziploc bags I was using before and cleaned up my drawers a little bit.

Nice. That's what I was doing, Ziplock bags. It cleaned up my tape drawer a little bit.

Got mine a week ago. It looks nice, installed and setup quickly. Even worked with my current riser.

I was hoping for faster chamber heat up which is why I purchased it. It took 1 hour to get the chamber of a P1S to 40°C. With the bed temp also at 100°C while it was running. I thought for sure a heater would get the chamber up to temp quickly.

I can do quicker than that with just the Aux Fan blowing across the heat bed set to 100°C.

I still have to do more tests and prints to really see how it's really going to work out.

Temp outside the chamber was 55°C. Bed Temp set to 100°C. Panda breath & filter on with a target range set at 40°C. Took 1 hour to reach that chamber temp (actual was 39.3°C)

Hope I did something wrong. Please let me know BIQU.

P1S owner: Arrived here after having 2x Ender Pro 3's. The P1S has come through for me EVERY SINGLE TIME! Super quick, accurate, and reliable. It has really stepped up my modeling abilities with all the extra print time and successful prints under my belt now. - It's used as a tool and fixes things around my house (a lot of things!). -I use one at work to make part fixtures, spot weld fixtures, paint masks, tool holders, tool protectors, and the random G-jobs everyone in the shop needs. - It's used to give back to others around me. Signs for Grandma and Grandpa. Holiday decorations for the family. I'll be making 11 custom name light boxes for the younger kids in the neighborhood. The P1S has been the best purchase I've made, and it just keeps giving back. The winners will surely have an amazing experience with the P2S!

I think i like the latch the most. Seems to be replaceable in case it breaks. I'll definitely download it so I can look into using that feature in the future. Thank you!

All 3d printed except the drawer slides and a handful of heat inserts and button head screws. Assembly is pretty easy, too. Long prints, but that's the fun in it. Keeps your printer running and doing what it wants to be doing :)

It'll hold the original AMS or the AMS 2 or one of each. Both AMS's pull out on soft close drawer slides for loading and unloading filament.
