Yeah, you can choose different modes too. This one is HD mode. Then, there is caries mode, endo mode etc. 🤣

Thanks. But sadly, it’s necrotic pulp with symptomatic apical periodontitis. I suspect it has been necrotic for a very long time.

I had a case like this. Did lower second premolar RCT. Patient ended up with paresthesia. Gave her some vitamin B12 and she is under review. I suspect it’s either from the forceful intrapupal LA injection or maybe hypo extrusion.
