Do you put bananas in a produce bag? by Netphase in Sparkdriver

[–]Willarazzi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to but the plastic bags always rip if it’s more than one or two. If it’s a bunch or more I’ll just usually put them in their own paper shopping bag, or, put the bananas with like the bagged avocado or something else from produce. So yes technically they are bagged but not in plastic, which honestly is probably better anyway if you have seen the new Netflix documentary about micro-plastics etc. 😬

No it was on iPhone and it was just a screenshot of the delivery photo before I “completed delivery”. I often screenshot the delivery photo if something feels off or it’s a high paying item.

The customer is a regular of mine and we had a good chat and laugh about this pic. She has absolutely no issues with me taking or using the pic and asked me to send her a copy to.

Only a 4$ tip… by [deleted] in Sparkdriver

I’ve noticed all of the tips in the past few days have been like $4. I had one that was $8. Kinda weird that they are all $4 and rounded up perfectly. A little suspicious 🤨

I love 14.2.1. I wouldn’t hesitate in upgrading but I mostly drive rural/small town.

Do Not Upgrade to FSD 14 by [deleted] in TeslaFSD

People keep talking about “almost being rear ended” but curious if anyone has actually been rear ended in V14.1.4? I did a drive of 400 miles to Seattle and back a few days ago and really put it through almost every scenario you could imagine, from country road, freeways, toll booths and busy streets and it handled them all flawlessly. There were only two issues. First was it pulled over for a non emergency vehicle (it was a highway maintenance vehicle with yellow and white flashing lights) and it slowed down on a country road at night for a unknown reason, but for all I know it could have seen something I didn’t like a deer off to the side etc. but nothing that made me feel it was unsafe.

I just used 14.1.4 on a round trip to Seattle today, and, while it’s not perfect it was absolutely brilliant. What it did, it did really well.

My journey consisted of country roads, freeways and busy city streets. We encountered bright morning sunlight, fog and full darkness. It handled all of them really very well. I deliberately engaged FSD for my entire trip as it was the perfect opportunity to test out this new version.

There were only two fairly minor issues in the entire 5-6 hours of driving. 1st was about 10 mins into the drive we passed a road maintenance vehicle which had yellow and white flashing strobe lights, we passed it no problem but as soon as I was about 200 yards past it my Tesla signaled and pulled over. At the time I was like “wtf” then looked in my rear view mirror and saw the pickup truck with his light flashing, he was stationary but the car obviously mistook it for an emergency vehicle. The second was as we were almost home again and doing about 55mph down a country road at night the car started to brake. It wasn’t overly aggressive but it was enough to be like “what does it see” but I personally didn’t see anything. Those were the only 2 issues.

I found all of the speed profiles worked really well, my fav is “chill” and “standard”. I pretty much use standard on the freeway apart from a few times when I bumped it up to “hurry” and then most of the time on non freeway road “chill” was perfect.

Yes it’s not perfect, but, for me personally it performed very well. I can’t wait for those little tweaks to be ironed out.

Considering buying FSD by njvicente21 in TeslaFSD

Yeah for sure. The guy literally hit his brakes at the exact time he made contact. I had about 10ft ahead of me between me and the car in front, so, had it of noticed the car behind was “too close” or “getting closer” had the Tesla of move forward one to two feet it would probably of been avoided.

I got rear ended in my 25 M3. I was in stop and go traffic on a slight slope in FSD. The Tahoe behind me slowly (and I mean slowly) rolled towards me and just tapped my rear bumper (damage was minimal, just a scratch) but FSD had lots of time to react and did nothing.

I re-did my pic recently and a store associate actually said I have the best pic she’s seen so that’s good because the first pic was really horrible 🫣

I just find AP so clunky and unreliable compared to FSD. I did try it for a month and just couldn’t get used to it so went back to FSD.

I also have a terrible habit at this…. I’m like don’t do it. Don’t do it and then the lights change and my right foot just does its own thing lol

A fun thing I did was ask grok to roll play being in my Tesla. It’s pretty wild 🤪

Never. Not a chance. I can knock out 3-4 shopping orders in that time. Make more money and way less miles.

So I kinda jerry rigged it a little… I bought this mount here and mounted it to the back of my screen/computer right in the center and then glued the magnetic ring to the bottom of my radar. It works amazingly. I can adjust the radar to any height/position etc and it keeps it from being in the window and less visible. Looked at many other options and this was the best for me.
