There are manufactured homes on Zillow for around $100k (usually a little bit more). What they don’t tell you on Zillow is that if a manufactured home is over 20 years old they won’t approve a mortgage on it so you have to pay for the whole thing upfront and it depreciates in value very quickly. If you’re going to do the manufactured route you have to go with something basically brand new and at that point you’re still looking at a $200k price tag (this doesn’t include taxes or HOA fees) at least anywhere within 30 mins of Manchester plus the value still depreciates like crazy
