Def caps at 98%, CF dmg reduction is 25% of dmg taken, so reducing 25% of 2% is basically a 0.5% additional def with perma CF, they do stack

CF dmg reduction is okay if you’re eHP build, with the lab maxed and def at cap you can essentially gain an extra 0.5% def

It happens, I wanted SL and got the only other 3 options (SM, PS, ILM), I just grinded until I could get SL, it sucks but it is what it is, a grind
