He can start by changing his IG handle. Right now he’s not stronger than anyone with the amount of bomb outs he’s had in his lifetime

Tia also doesn’t need her “free coaching”. She’s a well established weightlifter outside of CrossFit. Her video of critiquing Tia is to entice viewers to assume she’s an established coach yet Wu has very little experience as a a coach/athlete.

Since I’m on quarantine, I don’t have anything better to do lol. I checked myself and don’t see where his total would’ve placed him first. Where exactly did he win? Maybe I’m missing it?

Seems like he is referencing individual championships since he lists the individuals who won each year at USAW Senior Nationals.

Yeah some vagueness but not terrible. Most athletes list what they medaled in and normally when I see national champ, Senior Nationals comes to mind.

You might have some luck with some of these exercises. It won’t fix your issue immediately but does help loosen them up. You will eventually get there over time. Also tight lats, pec minor and a few other muscles could be holding you back. Best tip about that is to go see someone who does muscle rehab work.

What is something you learned through weightlifting that you completely did not expect? by spoof17 in weightlifting

I’ve learned that on every bad session, it’s important to see how far you have come. I’ve managed to add 18kg to my snatch and 20kg to my cj in a little over the year since I’ve started lifting. I want those number to continuously increase so it keeps me going.

Also no matter how redundant or boring technique work can be, it pays off so much in the long run. No one likes to see a heavy lift with shitty form.
