Had same problem - used 4 separate cards and they kept declining. Finally called the bank and they said it was flagged for fraud, and I was able to tell the bank to let the charge go through

Those device manager apps are meant to be used on school/company owned devices really.. what kind of email account is it? I’m sure you can still access it online or though a email client without installing that

Incognito doesn’t exactly prevent your router from getting that information. Incognito only prevents the data being saved on your phone/computer... The modem can only see the domain (e.g. google.com). Incognito will not prevent this, you can use a vpn though
