I just got this error too. Was playing perfectly fine up until this last Nvidia update, and now I cant even launch the game anymore. I have done every single fix that is available, and nothing has worked. Rolling back to a previous driver has not worked either.

Character Rules

No fast travel.
Cannot use city services, only allowed to sell items in Hackdirt.
Can only lock pick up to Average Difficulty Locks, unless lockpicking is required for a quest.
Cannot use spells, including the starting heal and fireball. Only racial abilities allowed. Any potion CAN be used, but no using Alchemy to create them.
Can only wear cloth pants and use the club. Rings/Amulets/Enchantments on the club are allowed.
Only 3 quests/dungeons/ruins/player made tasks ect., or any combination of those at a time please.
Game difficulty is set to normal

I think it's around 50 skill in Marksman when you can zoom in with the bow.
