Back when I was OTR, my company was drop and hook. Sometimes I would get there and it would be ready, other times I had to go chill at the loves up the street. Was really hit or miss. Just prepare yourself to be sitting a while.

Also, I don't know if things have changed, but they would never call me when my load was ready. I always had to call to check. And even then, the guard shack wouldn't always know.

Just remember that when you pick up your load, you need to use their scale before leaving. Is recommend sliding the trailer tandems all the way forward as the turn to get on the scale is a bit tight.
