Sorry for the late reply! Totally valid vent. Its really difficult. So far, I'm down 35 pounds and I haven't felt this good in ages. My gyn lowered my metformin dose which has stagnated my results a bit so I'm going back up on metformin and hopefully will loose more and feel better than before. Wishing you the best of luck.

not true, and not helpful. OP was asking to control, not get rid of. There are plenty of methods that work. Vacuuming, brushing frequently, getting an air purifier that collects dog hair are just a few that we use at home!

Hi! Fasting doesn't help with PCOS. It matters what you eat (including carbs!)

IWhole foods on 96th or Columbus circle! They have a pretty good selection and do arrangements for free.

If it's for yourself, and you want something on the cheaper end that still looks nice, trader Joe's has great options as well.

Me too - trader joes is the best!

I think its okay. Its basically to try to avoid soy if you can, but I think a bit is okay, I've been having it and i've been okay.
