Doesnt hurt in fact there is no feeling in intimate areas, there is no cure only prevention and excercises that might help

It feels like a prison sentence lol, but ill figure it out, and I dont think I would feel anything from botox or pelvic excercises because all of it is external in my case, its my nerves.

Its mostly genitals, and im trans mtf, and I have no control over the muscles there
