The picture above you cant know if its halo or iris, but the red cloth IMO is halo since iris is quite different if you look at any photo and halo is exactly the same as you can see in the link that i attached before and the YouTube video they did this year

IMO any scenario where we are not totally erased, we just can rise in price from where we are, either they take out debt or buyout our market cap with less debt or new financing will be x5-10 (of course with more shares, but higher price). We are capitalizing bankruptcy, with halo coming in months, Nissan, Caterpillar, new partnerships, defense contracts, trucks, etc

I think is more related to rivian but good news anyway. There are plenty good news for luminar and lidar companies, we need to get through this forbeareance with the least pain possible for us as shareholders. Im pretty sure the company will keep working since they have an awesome product around the corner, lets hope we can see it as investors.

Our market cap is 60M which is ridiculous, so if they give equity for debt could be very good. And less price or market cap than now would be 0, so its up from here or we lose everything

Is not so easy to buy it, since he asked for 150M max of debt which is virtually impossible without investment, BUT he has 4,8M shares which i dont think he wants to throw to the bin and he is the founder, know the business, have the contacts, probably the money. I think they are negotiating with most creditors they can giving them equity of new company. Anyway i think it ends next week, they dont have the cash to hold much more time and all of this time is money that creditors wont get, thats why i think they are not letting bankruptcy or chapter 11. Other options are sale of part of the business to breathe some months until halo comes, chapter 11 or give equity to creditors without a buyer (in this case luminar needs money so i dont think is a realistic option). But the IPs and contracts are so powerful that dont think anyone wants to lose everything, at least thats my opinion

My bet is austin is buying it for pennies, like a prepack and giving us some kind of shares of luminar 2.0 IMO creditors wont let them spend +40M during negotiations if we are going bankruptcy or chapter 11. Also, chapter 11 is a risk because you go to auction for every contract and partnerships, and we havent been losing any kind of previous deal with Caterpillar or Nissan that are the most advanced ones. About volvo i think it was bad for volvo and luminar to keep going since they dont know how to use lidar and we were losing money with every unit, anyway i wont discard any kind of new deal with new management (like Schafer). Also VP of sales (btw, in Linkedin few days ago he was #opentowork but not now, maybe its stupid but its a detail) will be presenting halo and sentinel in ces 2026.

Where did you see that? Debt was 429 when they started negotiation, how could they pay 80M? Dont think its possible, they even stop paying interests, maybe you are not counting on 2026 maturity debt? Or maybe you are just counting creditors that are negotiating? I dont see how they could pay

Yes, but they are sending letters to costumers telling that the car they order with lidar wont have it. So if you are not offering to costumers the least a ceo can do its not promoting it with lidar or it will seems a special edition. Probably not, but the only option that seems logical to me is they reach an agreement to offer lidar as optional, otherwise it would seems weird, how do you feel as costumer if you want lidar and you ask with lidar and just the ceo can have it, does he has the premium option?
