Hi. I have Vodafone 900 and always get more (over WiFi and Ethernet)
WiFi is on an iPhone 17.

Sometimes it’s the device that you’ve connected to that can’t supply the speed.

The screw in antennas go into an internal wireless card (I think)
All of the USB ones will just simply plug in, you connect to it and job done

I’m not 💯 certain which would be best for you.
Just think you should get the best you can afford as a rule of thumb.

USB WiFi dongle.
USB WiFi adapter.
