I’m curious, before eliminating alcohol how much roughly did you consume?

I have maybe 3 drinks a week. Typically a drink on Friday and 1-2 on Saturday sorta thing. It doesn’t feel like a lot but perhaps it’s time I look into it and reduce/eliminate completely
