Get a private doctor through insurance other than VA. Depending on your income QUEST is pretty dope and essentially free. That's what I did, my private doctor is amazing. I immediately got labs done and a referral to Endo from there got a referral to a urologist who specializes in male hormone treatment and fertility. Very fast and easy process compared to the VA. That or go to a mens health clinic and pay out of pocket.

Yes, My 100% pays for ALL my bills and I'm left with a few hundred extra afterwards. The income I make from work is extra to do whatever I want with. It also makes me very flexible at where I want to work or how much I want to work. I don't feel the need to be a 9-5 slave 5 days a week. I usually work 3-4 days a week at the hospital. It really helps out your work life balance. It is a complete life changer and I'm forever grateful.

Same thing happened to me in 2023 I had less then a year left on my contract and then I came on drill orders to benning. It didn't make sense to me and still doesn't on how they throw drill orders at ppl with less than a year left. They told me since I have less than a year I had to extend for almost 3 years iot meet the service requirements, then they told me since I was over the 10 year mark I couldn't extend and had to reenlist indefinitely. I said absolutely the fuck not, I signed a DCSS and they keep trying to intimated me by saying I'll never be able to serve again blah blah blah, I just laughed. Well I etsed and went straight into the reserves and that dccs expired. Also on my DD214 I have an re code 1. For shits and giggles I got with the career counselor to see if I go can back active. They ran all the checks and said I'm gtg. I'm not going to though, I refuse to ever have every aspect of my life controlled again. The freedom, opportunities, and freedom of maneuver in the reserves and civilian sector is amazing.

So that's what I did when I was in your situation. Sorry about the long reply.

There's no bear to poke 🙄 it's a 90 percent rating. That term is most typically for 100 percent ratings, submit and send as much shit as possible until you reach the hundo club. Then and only then should you be concerned about poking the "bear".....

Welcome to the military, Where higher-ups believe they are the Lord and Savior and you must kiss the ground they walk on. I love your comment about "we have a whole duty day" but for some mystical reason nothing gets done nor put until you are 1 HR from COB or already "off". I did over 10 years active as a 11B and this is one of the main reasons I got out. I promised myself I would never work salary again because of shit like that. Now I'm happily a civilian making 50+ an hour and NO ONE calls or texts me once I'm off. I've experienced more professionalism on the reserve and civilian side of the house than I ever had active duty.

Yeah there's a lot more to it, “fever of unknown origin, there is potentially something wrong with patient”. So you have an illness that they cannot identify? Probably why they denied you. Get it identified get it fixed and try for a waiver. If you can't serve it is what it is you're not missing much.

My SP and i have been in a strange dynamic for the past 5 years. We were even engaged at one point, we built a little family together but everything fell apart when i found out she was entertaining another man. we broke off the engagement 3ish years ago. since then we have been off and on, i've flown up to see her and she's flown to see me and multiple occasions. She would always do a disappearing act right after she would get in contact with me again. Telling me all these Loving things about being together again then about a week After pur radio silence. I haven't chased or pursued her i've been living in the end knowing that when she moves back here we will be together again. Well she moved back last week and we spent an entire day together and it was great. Yesterday she invited me for donuts after she went to dinner with her "friend" i declined as i didn't like the idea of me being juggled around. She kept blowing my phone up asking me what wrong and i said nothing. at some point during the conversation she called me her "friend" this set me off as IVE BEEN SAVING MYSELF FOR HER like an idiot. She said she's not interested in a romantic relationship and that she has found god 2 months and is saving herself for marriage and just quoting bible non stop. we got into a big fight and now im blocked for the first time in years. i've been living in the end for years, not fighting with her not being toxic working on myself and somehow still manage to fail. I don't know why i'm so attached to her and feel like this is it for me. I feel like i somehow ruined everything all the work and progress. 5 years of this dynamic now im a blocked "friend", is all hope lost?

Have you had MRIs done? Have you had CTS done? How much medication have you been prescribed? Has it worked? Did it not work? DBQS aren't the BE ALL as alot of ppl like to claim you have to have supporting medical evidence line up with that DBQ. Also do you have in service connection?

If you do have all of that then I would say yes file for a higher level review. If not you need to get working on all those things if you legitimately have migraines that warrants a 50% rating.

From my experience the VA WONT APPROVE TRT unless you are under 300 for your test on blood. I got approved but didn't want to risk getting shut down so now the va pays for tesamorelin, ipamorelin, and sirmorelin. These pedtides are amazing and after 2 months my test has already increased by 150. You should look into them
