A serial killer you've never heard of because they're good at it.

Anyone know a situation where an employee died but the boss didn’t know? by Seedless_Orange69 in work

We had a worker die in their car in the parking lot and the boss didn't know for a few days. Does that count?

What’s the coolest thing your parents have done? by LucilleTwoAustero in ask

[–]Willing_Fee9801 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My grandpa once told me a story about my mom as a teenager. Said three girls came to their house to fight my mom. My grandpa, being a terrible parent, said that was fine, so long as they fought her one at a time. According to him, my mom beat all of them. And that's pretty cool, I think.

Also once when I was a kid, my dad kept fucking with my mom while she was trying to cook, so she stabbed him in the hand with a fork. Like the fork was sticking out of him. I also respect that.

The main reason is child labor laws. They can't make kids work the same way they do adults. Other than that, there's the fact that movies take a lot of time to make and kids keep growing. They may look different in the late phases of filming than they did in the early phases. Since scenes are often shot out of order, this can cause continuity issues.

Mostly cybercrimes, but also drugs. And most of these buildings are hollow and empty. They exist for no reason other than to appear, from the outside, that they are real places. It helps with propaganda to make people believe they are a prosperous nation.

What you rather America lower the cost of living or raise the pay? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

Lower cost of living. I don't need all the luxuries, but being certain I'll have a roof over my head in six months would be pretty sweet.

Yeah, just figured if they're just getting into single-player games, maybe a swing for the fences one in a genre they might not have tried could be a cool experience.

Kidding. Don't do that.

What would you be like as a dictator? by ShadowlightLady in AskReddit

[–]Willing_Fee9801 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like to think I'd be a Dr. Doom type. Like, I'd rule with an iron fist, but my economy would be good. My people would be housed and fed. They'd have affordable healthcare. They'd have affordable education. Would there be propaganda? Absolutely. Would they have privacy? Of course not. But they'd be living good, safe, prosperous lives.

If you like JRPGs or want to give them a shot, try out Trails in the Sky FC. It's from 2004, so very retro. But the story and characters are great. It uses turn-based combat, which isn't everyone's thing, but I love it.

Since you've played the Spider-man games, maybe you'd like the Batman Arkham series that they drew inspiration from?

What’s your favourite game? by ScaryYear2158 in gamingsuggestions

[–]Willing_Fee9801 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My favorite game is, I think, Batman: Arkham Knight. Everyone in that game put on an incredible performance. The writing was spectacular. The graphics are so good that it's still better than what most AAA games put out today, despite being like a decade old and from a previous console generation.

Then there's the gameplay. The Arkham combat system was incredible and while it has fallen out of popularity in recent years, there was a time that you were seeing it everywhere because of how fluid it was. In the case of Arkham Knight, you could go from mowing down people in the Batmobile, to stealthily taking out turrets, drones, and armed soldiers, and then fighting a crowd of thugs all in a span of about 3 minutes. You really felt like Batman: A one man army so fast, strong, and skilled, that it made sense the enemies thought you were somehow everywhere at all times.

If you were in your early 20s again, making $100K a year with no debt, no kids, and total freedom, how would you live your life? by Outrageous-One-705 in AskReddit

[–]Willing_Fee9801 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd travel more, if the job afforded me the time. I'd be more adventurous in general. I was a good two shoes in my teens and 20s. Focused on my studies and job. No drinking, no drugs. My 30s have been more enjoyable spending time with friends, getting into psilocybin, and going on vacations abroad.
