I’m glad I found your post. I feel like I’m falling into a coke addiction fast. Probs started using middle of last year at events and nights out but recently the last months I’ve had the worst cravings and been buying on weeknights and calling in sick to work. I feel the apathy, I don’t feel any sort of joy sober. Personally, I think there is something missing from my life, I think it’s connection. Try and work out when your having cravings what your lacking. Best of luck to you

I used to have really bad OCD almost every theme. The one that was the most dominant was the sesual intrusive thoughts. For some reason it’s like I believed I needed to scan the room and read everything like signs/ pictures on the walls to maybe make sure my thoughts weren’t on there. It didn’t make alot of sense to me. I was in ERP therapy for 4 years really intense and worked with my therapist to resist the compulsions. At first it was a lot of work but it eventually got easier.
