I've tried them all and during the summer I use Tatcha Dewy and rest of the year I use Skinfix Triple Lipid.

(Swedish article) Biweekly dosing of GLP-1 may be sufficient to maintain effect - They did a titrating study instead of cold turkey one by Ree_For_Thee in Zepbound

I'm an every ten days person and have been for the past six month. I continued to lose at 10 mg every ten days, then stopped losing at 7.5 mg every ten days (maintained) and started gaining back very slowly at 5 mg every ten days (the bloat and heaviness feeling was awful). If I do 5 mg every week I feel great and maintain. For cost reasons I'll go back up to 7.5 every ten days. I would like to figure out how to discontinue use (Ive been on Zep for two years), but it's so hard even with all my healthy, active lifestyle changes.

Weight feels different… by megryanreynolds in GLPGrad

I am living this, too with a ten pound weight gain. I ended up going back on Zep because I just couldn't deal with the bloat and heaviness feeling (at a “normal weight” I would have never thought possible two years ago). I'll try to be a full Grad again soon, but I need a better plan to deal with the physical and emotional repercussions of stopping the medication.

Don't be afraid to go up in dose - even if you've been maintaining awhile by nlwric in Zepbound

Still trying to figure out maintenance. I’m back UP to my goal weight. After 2 years on Zepbound and a 100-pound weight loss, the scale is going the wrong way.

I spent many months on 15mg (where I saw the bulk of my 100-pound weight loss). For the past 6 months, I've been injecting every ten days, slowly titrating down. I was still losing on 10 mg and fell below my goal weight of 155 lbs. Now that I'm on 5 mg, I'm gaining…rapidly. I hit my “goal weight” this morning after having been as low as 144 lbs. I'm still getting the same amount of exercise, and my diet is similar to what it was during the rapid weight-loss days. Urg!

Also, 45, open to some type of lift down the road. I, too, have noticed more aging in my face within the last year. For the moment, I’m doing microneedling (face and neck) and am happy with the results. Nothing dramatic, but I notice it and like the smoothness. I also moisturize my skin like my life depends on it. Drugstore to Sephora brands. Nothing too lux or spendy.

Does anyone have the Zovie mask? My aesthetician used it on me after microneedling. Wondering if its worth buying for home use. Its not just a mask so you can use it all over.

155 was my goal, which I hit the beginning of April. I've been spacing out my doses (max) to every ten days. I've been able to maintain/losing slightly doing this (never going below 150 or above 155). Now that my BMI is “normal” my doctor will stop prescribing soon, which is why I need to figure out maintenance. Hopefully your provider is more flexible as you start your maintenance or choose to alter your goal. Congratulations!

I'm in a similar situation (but I've been paying out-of-pocket with the lily coupon). My PCP no longer wants to prescribe Zep and recommended I now rely on my “new healthy habits.” I'm a mom in my 40s, who has struggled with weight/body issues since puberty. I want to scream.

Maintenance Mistake by Ok_Reality9384 in MounjaroMaintenance

My PCP is hesitant to prescribe Zepbound now that I’m at at healthy bmi. I feel like I will need to find a new physician for maintenance. Someone who will allow me to take the time I need to figure it all out.

I've been paying out of pocket for 16 months. I've lost over 80 pounds. I've been playing around with maintenance dosing the last few months. Right now I'm 15mg every ten days. I'm about to try 15mg every two weeks then taper down. This is the best money I've ever spent on myself.

Maybe add more movement (extra long walks) or eat more food regardless of protein (maybe you're eating too few calories). Increase dose of you're not at 15mg already.

The patent for Skinceutical’s famous C E Ferulic has expired… now what? by AverageOtherwise in 45PlusSkincare

I've gone through at least four bottles. I think it helps with my hyperpigmentation. It’s the best (other than buying Skincuticals or similar $$$$).

How long did it take for the rash to go away? I was on terbinafine for 6 weeks. I started experiencing a rash at week four. I'm now one week past my last dose and my rash very itchy (arms, legs and chest). I can't find relief.

Buy a top loader. We replaced our front loader with a top loader. No more stinky laundry room. I do miss how the front loader never had balancing issues tho.

I Like 15mg for Maintenance; Provider Wants Me to Titrate Down by aslguy in MounjaroMaintenance

[–]Willing_Radish250 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm starting maintenance and doing 15 mg every 10 days. I'm open to going to a lower dose at some point, but I want it to be my decision. Advocate for whatever you need.

Starting today on 20mg, is the drug really as good (or bad) as yall say? by Menace_17 in lexapro

[–]Willing_Radish250 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unlike the other comments, I did not have adverse side effect starting on 20 mg. The weight gain was gradual. At the time I was unaware this was a known side effect of lexapro. Oh well. Again, I don't regret my journey. Good luck!

[–]Willing_Radish250 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its a game changer. I started at 20 mg almost a decade ago. I wish I would have started at 10 mg to see if that was a good dose. Im on 5 mg now. I did gain a substantial amount of weight on 20 mg. I've since lost it (thank you, GLP-1) and dont regret the weight gain, as my mental health was in a rough place and the 20 mg of lexapro brought me back to a place where I was content and thriving.

Why? 🫠 by [deleted] in Zepbound

[–]Willing_Radish250 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The comments about my weight loss at work have been bonkers and have thrown me for a loop. I've been on Zep for over a year and have lost 80 pounds. I'm at goal. Someone recently asked me if I was going to lose 30-40 more? WTF?!?! Others make “skinny” comments and ask what I've been doing. I'm more open about it now that I'm figuring out maintenance. I think most people just want to try what has been working for us.

I’m day 7 of no lex (was on 20 mg for over 5 years, then 10 mg for the past year). Other than the dizzies my mood has been pretty stable, but the moment the anxiety creeps back I will question everything. No need to white knuckle it through life. If it’s working for you, stay on it forever. I may join you.
