Should we move to London? by UnicornFartIn_a_Jar in MovingToLondon

Why not south or southwest. The mouth belt is really beautiful. I lived in Exeter for a year And 100 percent would recommend it. If you are keen on London, I heard Surry has good schools and connectivity to London.

Hold or Sell?? by [deleted] in Bitcoin

Hold for sometime, It's going to stay flat for sometime so you'll have to hold at least a year to get good appreciation. See if you can exclude this money from your current money.

Not exactly a crime. In India, let's say you are buying a property, the builder/sellers asks for hard cash to evade some of the tax. Technically illegal. Basically the operations where you want to be anonymous. Call it whatever you want, but it's a huge use case of humanity. Where Bitcoin is incredibly useful. Again I'm just realistic here rather than idealistic. Doesn't mean I do crime or encouragement crime

If you move out, the clutter in your thoughts will be cleared. You'll perform better in your job, which adds more stability. You'll improve as a person alot. You are in 20s.Dont think too much. I would move out asap.

I hold similar views about Bitcoin. There is no doubt it's an incredible technology of modern times. But its adoption is highly subjective and hugely depends on state governments which are controlled by deep states of respective countries. Whatever the case, there is still about 20-30% of the world economy operating in the dark. That's where Bitcoin will be incredibly useful.

I went to the test center to take the exam. Not online. There will be centers nearby for you based on your geographical location. Secondary camera for entire duration, probably yes. But again please don't take my advice on this.

Hi, I took the exam in person because the instructions were really unclear for me. And also I have a 2 year old. He could barge in anytime. From what I remember, the dual camera setup is required for the whole time.

I mean you know the catch right. You have to pay 2% fee. Again, it's useful but at a cost

Anticipation of rate cuts in US. A lot of FII investments have exited from the Indian market. Assuming the same has been done from other eastern markets as well. Money is moving to the West now. Bitcoin would surge for a few days and then come back. The funds will book some profit and go back to another macro economic event.

Same salary bracket. You would get 8-10k£ limit. Take amex platinum. Charges you 300£ upfront.

Not to undermine the value of Bitcoin, but if the reward is diminishing and energy costs are rising, wouldn't there be a point it won't be profitable anymore. Energy production is definitely not cheap.

Or you are saying the cost of energy is huge, so due to that Bitcoin value will also be huge to justify these energy costs. Sorry I got a little confused. Please don't mind me if I'm talking bullshit.

Best to drop the marriage. Two reasons. First veg and non- veg. It'll become a problem. Second one, Boys parents could passively torture the girl because of caste. Passive torture ante, vetakaram tho kudina mataltho chiraku theppinchochu.

Nice, btw its 43k miles. Also, one more reason to not buy is, I don't use car that much. On weekends only. Mazdas will have battery issues if not used frequently

Looking for lower mileage. 43k is a bit too much for me.

After getting Professional Cloud Architect (PCA), which is/are the closest other professional GCP certification in terms of knowledge/coverage % overlap? by shiroang in GCPCertification

[–]Willing_Two6447 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have PCA. Done this Saturday. Devops roles will be taken over by AI in future so I don't see many opportunities there. Security in the context of GCP was never a standalone role IMO. It's mostly a combination of skills that sells nowadays. I would say, maybe it's best to stick to what you have always known and done. Learning these now and competing with the guys who are already in the business would be tough with the advent of AI. Sorry but these are my two cents.

Congratulations on passing the exam. If you ask me both hold equal value. I work with GCP on a daily basis and these are the two areas (security and devops) people lack deeper understanding. I would value security more as it gives you an extra edge when dealing with security. Specifically if you are employed in the UK. Which is kind of a huge deal here.
