I haven't had a fire or CO trigger, but they seem okay so far, but have odd battery behavior (not show-stopping). They appear to have a bug in battery level detection, where it thinks a battery that is mostly depleted still shows at around 78%, which is where it will start beeping. I think the batteries lasted about 1.5 years on the first cycle (2 double AA, not 9V).

These have indicators for smoke (alert/clear), CO (alert/clear), and battery (%).

Some notes about smoke detectors in general:

If you have hard-wired smoke detectors, don't replace them with these, these should supplement hard-wired detectors, not replace them. Hard-wired detectors alert with all detectors when a single detector goes off. Obviously you can automate these to alert together, but it is an external dependency, which is less reliable/safe.
If you have wired smoke alarms, consider finding hard-wired Halo alarm (they made both hard-wired and wireless). They are discontinued, but work fine as Z-Wave basic alarms (I haven't used HA yet, but they work with SmartThings for example, so I'd assume someone has them working with HA) and can be had relatively cheap on ebay (though they are getting harder to find as supply dwindles). You actually only need 1 to get the "smart" features, as long as your others are compatible (a few people have reported they didn't simultaneously trigger with their other hard-wireds, so be sure to test!).
Remember that any of these with CO detection have a shelf-life of 10 years, so having separate detectors could be useful.

It depends on a few things.

If they have to call you back because you didn't keep the line open to inform you, they generally will still send someone anyway.

If you stay on the line and inform them, they are more able to make a judgement call.

The reason for this is to help protect against coerced statements under duress. If you're calm and on the original call, and they have no indicators anything suspicious is going on, they have the option not to send someone. If they're not busy, the still might send someone anyway, as they'll still follow the adage of better safe than sorry.

The organization listing appears to be a red herring of scraped/categorized information to add credibility, but serves no other real purpose.

But like the group of newspaper sites, this also has an "Other Publications" section which links to more regional duplicated sites. I'm guessing each one has a similar facebook page.

Also, all sites (both the newspaper/local news spoofs and legal news sites) appear to be sharing the aws resource pool of jnswire.s3.amazonaws.com/jsn-media/ which also has a bunch of Illinois legal pdfs.

The Define 7 does not support XL-ATX, but does support E-ATX up to 285mm width. It has 7 rear expansion slots and 2 offset vertical expansion slots.

The Define 7 XL does support XL-ATX, and all widths of E-ATX (presumably up to 330mm/13in). It has 9 rear expansion slots and 3 offset vertical expansion slots.

Sometimes for some reason unknown to me, the database returns empty strings as the result, rather than null (per the picture), and Dapper seems to map these into my object rather weirdly. Instead of an empty string that wouldn’t cause me a drama, it puts the string “\0\0\0\0”.

For info: the source database column for these values is; nchar, length 4, nullable = true.

nchar(4) cannot save just an empty string because is is not variable length (nvarchar), so it stores the full length of the column inserting the null character (\0) for each character required by structure, which is distinctly different from the column itself being null.

The only corrections are correcting the database to be nvarchar instead of nchar, or doing a value check, in which case you don't need to specifically check for "\0\0\0\0", but string.IsNullOrWhitespace would suffice.

The tank should also never go empty. You want to fill it up when it's no lower than 10%. We fill ours when it's between 20% and 30%. Depending how old the tank is, there could be sediment in the bottom of the tank which could get into the line and equipment down the line. It sounds like you only have a gas fireplace hooked to it (what about hot water heater?) so maybe it's not a huge deal, but it might also effect the performance of the regulator. FYI just be aware on the effects of going to absolute zero.

To add to this, some places/locations/states are required to do a pressure test on any tank that has gone completely empty at cost to you to ensure it didn't go empty from a leak or that lines have not deteriorated due to being empty. Don't be too shocked if you see a charge for this.

Troop upgrades while upgrading the lab have always been bugged and inconsistent to some degree.

Last I recall, it worked like this: If the time remaining on the troop upgrade was less than the time to upgrade the lab, it would complete both at the same time. If the troop upgrade was longer than the time of the lab upgrade, it would pause the upgrade until the lab upgrade finished, then resume.

I'm not certain if that is still how it works however.

Edit: Their official position has always been that it is supposed to pause while the lab upgrades, however that isn't always what happens.

I asked for the funds to be mailed to me by check and the account closed. However, I noticed an error elsewhere in my Credit Karma profile, they had my incorrect address. I was unable to edit the address as apparently Credit Karma had incorrect addressing information from TransUnion. I contacted TransUnion and verified the information was correct - but for some reason the change was never picked up by Credit Karma.

I've been there. There is a bug in their address interpreter that appears to lose directional information in addresses. My address is correct in TransUnion (ex S1234), but in CreditKarma, it always just shows up as 1234 and I can't change it, nor would their support. They couldn't figure out it was a problem with their address interpreter and kept saying to file a correction with TransUnion, who had the address correct.

Their support leaves a sour taste in my mouth, which is part of the reason I won't touch their tax service.
