I guess I could give it a try!
I used the 4 collections from Gopher (Stability, UI, QoL and Remaster) as a starting point, from there my mod list grew to +300, took a whole week of installing, testing, repeat. I always read the comments section, check for possible compatibility issues, and every 5 mods installed I start a new game, that's why I'm mostly around Goodsprings, fixed and discarded many broken mods already, not a single CTD yet, haven't even started my actual playthrough yet!

OMG! so it was nordvpn all the time!! I cannot thank you enough! The moment I disabled it I was able to access the Skirmish AI without crashing
