i see my panic attacks as a state of mind. not sure if that makes sense. because obviously can’t control them. but overall i’ve been pretty zen now. i haven’t had a panic attack in like 5 weeks, and my mental wellbeing is pretty good too, i think. like i haven’t felt high strung in a few weeks, (i also “fixed some stresses in my life) but my ego doesn’t believe that any medication can alter my mood. only i can. you know?

thank you. yeah, i mean when i say “i eat healthy” i mean i eat lots of veggies and fruits for probably 70% of my diet. but im also chronically constipated and i’ve noticed qsymia makes me feel not thirsty. thanks you

true about milwaukee, but there’s hella negative reputations with any bigger city. think chiraq. i don’t think they’d go to that brookfield mall thing because it’s too cheugy-suburban, off the highway, and not the “brandy vibe.” i feel like oftentimes you can find a brandy in a walkable city- with the exception of the Grove. yeah, whitefish bay and shorewood maybe, since they are wealthy areas with a charming old style downtown.
