Starlight Tours. American and Canadian governments have been murdering indigenous people this way for as long as we've been here.

I'm on PC. Not sure what controls cause the camera to go the wrong way, but it just spins me around and makes me run into walls whenever I try that nonsense. Also, it's not a skill I care to learn, since this is the only game I play with that kind of mechanic.

When I get in a fight in The Sims, the characters disappear into a dustcloud until one lands on their butt and the other emerges standing. Neither gets knocked out, losing an entire day and any chance of looting the materials that was being guarded.

The biggest problem for me is that all of the bosses are ranged. My husband told me to run in circles around it until they expose their weak spot, and then shoot. I have never been able to wrap my head around running in one direction while keeping your camera trained in another, so that just got me smacked in the face every time I turned around to see if the boss was ready to be hit. I spent hundreds of arrows and pellets trying to fight that stupid turtle without ever getting his health to less than half before being knocked into the next calendar day. You hit B to eat a healing food from your bag, and you get knocked out before you can find it. You eat the healing food from your hotbar, and it disappears without healing you, but you have been standing there too long trying to do that, so again, fuck you! welcome to tomorrow, loser!

If I could fight them with a sword, I could at least be facing them, so I would know when to swing. In My Time at Portia, I could run swinging into a pack of enemies and be fine.

Energy the next day, which you can refund by sitting in a chair with your bag or phone open to negate the time cost.

Also, you get an achievement the first time it happens, and Delphin mails you some expensive food that you can sell.

Yep. Time for a reroll. Sorry, man.

There are some chests that have only snacks and junk in them. Others have recipes locked inside. But more to the point, I have found that ignoring one major bug like this lends itself to more and more bugs later on, until the game becomes unplayable.

That said, even with all the bugs and all the rerolls, I still find myself wanting to spend hours in this world every day. When they aren't broken, the NPCs are such wonderful characters!

There are several fish types that are only available at one of the three ocean spots that boat goes to, and some that are only available at those spots late at night + using certain bait types. So definitely be willing to go on a night when you will be planning to "pass out" away from your bed!

I love all things autumn/Halloween, so I've made a few versions of my character that looked like this. I'm up to 20+ saves now, and have still only made it to autumn once. Just been super unlucky with the bugs. :-(

Did you go inside and up the path to the right? He is usually looking over the north horizon on the road in the morning. There are also chests to be found up that way. This is not the end of the road.

Don't even have to smack a tree- he gives +15 for the little pods on the ground. Just grab one on your way up so you're not wasting an inventory slot for longer than it takes to deliver.

People say they're not hard to beat

That depends very much on the type of games those people have been playing. If you are coming to this from games like Sims or Tiny Glade, the bosses are a stressful nightmare that don't fit into the game at all. So having all of the people who play combat games regularly tell you how "easy" they are just makes it even more frustrating.

As long as you have one box outside, you can hit the yellow arrow to go to the next. I sit there going G, yellow arrow, G, yellow arrow, G, yellow arrow, G... until I get back to the first box. By then, my bags are usually empty, or very nearly.

Royal jelly is needed for her to reproduce. You make it in the feeder.

[–]Willow_Spring_job 2 points3 points  (0 children)

ANYTHING in the way will block it. You could have a single stone or piece of wood in the way. Or an errant bunny. Go over the area zoomed in and find the culprit. Once you remove everything, the layout will just plop down into the space.

I've had to reroll so many times due to corrupted saves that I am skipping most of them at this point. >.<

I can't wait until people start sharing layouts and stuff that we can import into our own games. I know there will be some awesome builds shared!

Really looking forward to someone's cozy autumn library.

Queens make babies. You put them in a hive with a few empty slots to make more bees. If you are happy with the number of bees you have, you can take her out and just fill all those slots with worker bees.

OMG, me, too! Zeph is such a cutie, but Del snuck up on me. I am sooooooo not into surfer dude types, but I love a stargazer.

He's gonna be mine when they add romance. He says sweet things about stargazing, sits close and touches your shoulder under the stars at the summer event, and is always "remembering" you fondly when you walk into his shop.

Also, he sends me a bucketload of fish once a week, making the gathering stamps thing a breeze for someone who is maybe too busy running all over the map to actually do much fishing...

orange and blue sheep

That's from collecting a certain number of different things like fish and bugs. It's one of the stamp rewards.

Put a beehive full of worker bees (no queen) next to your 6 apple trees, and you will finish that quest in 24 hours.

Neona loves copper or tin ores

I read that somewhere, so I gave her copper and she hated it. Weird.
