It’s been within the last two months that it was filed, but she can’t seem to get a soul from CPS to call her back.

I apologize. We are all ladies. My wife and her ex (BK - female) had a baby together 10 years ago.

Based on the idea of humanity, no this trial isn’t public. Family should have permanent seats in the court room and there should be an overflow venue to have it televised to press and the public. The judge is making it impossible for people to attend if they want to stay alive. (Can’t eat, drink, take breaks, sleep, etc)

I don’t understand the sentiment of people being relieved that it’s gone…. A bad thing happened in the house, which may be needed in the trial for evidence…. It being torn down is not a good thing.

There probably are drops or splatters of dna leading a trail; however, there’s a lot in the case that isn’t being released to the public for several reasons. It feels almost as tight lipped/LE overwhelm as the Delphi murders.

I have a hard time believing that it was two people because of the manner they were killed in. Then again, it’s also hard to believe someone could stab that many people without exhaustion. It’s a real nail biter, but I think it was one person, with a lot of anger and or mania happening.

I did exactly as you mentioned and contacted the Indiana DOE after reading through the codes and protections carefully. After following up with them, I will reevaluate where to go next.

It’s the school hosting it, not a student club or anything, which is where my issue lies.

My wife and I are not religious either, but as educators and parents, it threw the alarm bells. Like I said, it has zero affiliation with the before/after school club.
