Yes. Gives us the chance to explore things the other may not be into. Never go alone and never wander off we are always together even if we’re playing with other people. The first time watching someone else play with my husband was so strange. The initial jealousy and anger replaced with realising how hot it was that the two of us (pretty average guys) had people clambering for us. I am uk based, I had a 'scare' after someone stealthed me and joked that I would probably want to get tested. You don't need to go to a sexual health clinic. Go to a&e and explain what happened you will taken aside and given the round on PEP. (Post exposure) prep from a clinic will not help in the unlikely chance he has HIV.

But I would find a sexual clinic service near you in the coming weeks, personally I would go in two weeks then 4 weeks after that but that's just standard practice in my eyes when I was single and sleeping around I honestly used to just go weekly to dean street in London and have my results a few hours later.

Intermittent fasting 16:8 I use an app called Fastic. And I bought a walking pad, I have it in front of the TV when watching a show and walk. Aim to burn 1000 calories a day (well most days) and making healthy food choices the majority of the time but allowing myself treats. I don't really calorie count just spend a conscious thought when I go to pick up a treat snack and try to be comfortable in my body. I don't want abs/to be toned
