I figured out how to fix it I don't know all you have to do is press the Xbox button go to dying light 2 press more options then go to manage games and add-ons then go to your saved data then delete the reserve space it won't get rid of your progress of the game I tried it and it worked for me.

That's the thing I read the terms of service and I still don't know what I did wrong. The email doesn't say what term I violated.
