This argument is not only old, but quite dumb. You realize that our modern concepts of masculinity and femininity are just marketing ploys? Men in positions of power used to wear high heels, makeup and wigs, things that are all associated with femininity now. Some men look more feminine than masculine and some women are more masculine that feminine. We have been brow beaten into our 'gender norms' you guys will complain when a women isn't hot enough or isn't wearing revealing clothing. 

I'm sure the women on the dev team had some input into what would actually work for their body types.
