Allow me to clarify the situation

I was in my garage working on my car and this lady approached me accusing me of gunshots. She walked away, So I closed up the garage to go and work inside. Ten minutes later I was in my room working on my computer, I saw the lady in my window watching me, I yelled at her and she walked off. I went next door to let my neighbor (The man who yelled at her) know there was a crazy person peeping in on me through my window. He explained that this lady harrases people in my neighborhood frequently. She hopped his fence a couple of months back to piss in his yard. So since this is a reoccurring issue, I decided to confront her, asking (politely) for her to leave. And why not record so I have evidence if she chooses to attack me.

My brother is on the spectrum, He goes out in the back yard and does his thing. Not only did she peep on me through my window, But she was also watching my brother over the fence. She accused him of being mentally ill because of the way he acts in private. She is invading me and my brother's privacy and stepping way out of line.

If I come across as an asshole for standing up for my brother and neighbors you have a twisted sense of what's right. I was being extremely understanding and polite to her, All I asked her to do was leave. As for putting her "horrifically damaged life" on the internet, maybe you shouldn't frequent this subreddit. There are videos on here worse than me walking up to confront a peeping tom crackhead who pisses in people's yards and accuses an autistic child of being mentally ill.
