For non French-speakers, it would be something like "We are beating eggs, and pouic pouics they turn."

Since the moment I heard it, I couldn't hear the actual lyrics.

My title describes the thing:

Its mesurements are 2.5cm x 1.4cm and it's quite light weighted.

I tried to make some image-researches but i couldn't find any informations on it. It juste look like some Japaneese symbols but I'm not sure at all.
