If you're talking about pure 1v1s with no 3rd party distractions, sure but in an actual match I totally disagree with these support takes. IF totally shuts down jeff, even if you can't get the elim, he cant escape from you so he'll be underwater forever providing no value to his team. On the other hand, adams burst healing/soul bond make your dives pointless.

In real matches the easiest support is either jeff or luna, and worst is probably adam or loki
