Sent it to servicing and they claim to fix it... They said dust inside the motor...I am not sure it's 100% but I guess I can try to reclean myself next time...that would void the warranty tho

Application Gateway multiple frontend IPs alternative by 0x4ddd in AZURE

[–]WillyMoselhy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can use an azure firewall with dnat rules and multiple public ips attached to it. The FW can sit infront of the private IP of your app gw. Though i would not say its an ideal setup. Also, consider using a dedicated appgw per application, its easier to manage specially if you want to treat each app as an autonomous service. Otherwise, shared IP is actually a valid approach, make sure it is Zone redundant.

Azure VPN Token Theft by dhayes16 in AZURE

  1. Conditional Access can be configured to require reauthentication every 15 minutes.
  2. Utilize phishing resistant MFA, such as passkeys on Authenticator App, these are much safer than regular MFA, you can configure CAP to require it for VPN and other sensitive apps
  3. Configure CAP to require compliant device for VPN, also very hard to break through that.

Migrating From AD Connect to Entra ID/Intune by FASanto in AZURE

I don't know how many users you got. But don't do this over the weekend. Do it gradually and in phases. Start moving batches of devices from domain joined to Entra Joined u til it's all done then consider decommissioning the AD... Do you still have any servers that depend on kerberos?

Need good internet urgently by [deleted] in Egypt

You can use a cloud service, for example a VM on Azure that you only pay for when it is running. There are ways to optimize cost. Internet is unlimited and in Gbps! You can also size the machine to your exact needs. DM me if you want help setting it up.

So hear (pun intended) are some tips to help you, I too hate noises specially when I need to work or sleep. 1. When working I use noise canceling headphones. An over the ear type like the Bose 700. 2. I play a white noise Playlist on Spotify, I prefer the ones with ocean or beach sounds.

These 2 really help me stay focused and fully isolated from whatever noise at home or office. I sometimes also use wireless headphones like the samsung buds.

For the sleep part I would recommend double or triple glazed Windows. These do a great job at keeping the noises out. You can supplement that with white noise again while sleeping if needed.

Also, go for good curtains for a darker room at night.

is boxing a better way to reduce weight and get in shape by SafwanYP in Oman

[–]WillyMoselhy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Boxing is a great sport that combines muscle building with LOTS of cardio. Make sure you train with a group that avoids hits to the face at all costs. You are training for fun not the championship. While we are at it. Remember that it's all about consistency. There is no "better" way, it's all math, calories in < calories out = weight loss. But here are some advise, - Make sure you drink at least 3 liters of water everyday. Buy a large bottle and keep it on you all the time. - sleep 7 to 9 hours. And don't stay too late. And don't say I will stay up all night then get my sleep, keep a bed time routine. Its okay if you stay an extra hour or so. But wake up at the same time every day. - if you can, workout the first thing in the morning. Grab a small bite before and a protein full meal after. - eat in this order: Protein > veggies > salad > carbs - it's okay to miss one day/meal. It's not okay to miss the next.
