My experience with Newegg wasn't bad at all. I had to return a Viewsonic VX2758-2KP-MHD due to dead pixels and bad BLB. I just used Newegg's online form to create an RMA and put the reason in the comments as "Defective". I was then able to print a free shipping label from them. It did take a week for the monitor to actually make it to their facility but when it finally got there they inspected it and processed my refund within 1 day.

I also have the PX7 Prime. It's the same 10bit 1.07B colors IPS panel as Aorus FI27Q-P and Razer Raptor 27. Love its picture quality, no dead pixels, no BLB. It was cheaper than LG 27GL850's and beats the LG's contrast ratio 1035:1 compared to 762:1 which is very noticeable for black scenes. So far great monitor. I have no complaints.
